Everyday filter care for your Excetek machine; it is a good idea to perform a check of the pressure across them on the pressure gauge to make sure you are not unexpectedly going to require an unforeseen change.

CHANGEOVER – You can change the filters without interrupting the machining by closing the isolation valve by the filter and then removing the quick-release coupling. You can then change the filters over one by one with no lost production time:

Once you have changed the filters, don’t forget to reset the filter hour counter so you can get an idea of the filter life relative to you application – Push the ‘PARAMETER’ key followed by the ‘MAINTAIN’ key and CLEAR the counter:
